Both friendly and very professional. Unlike the larger companies such as PC World and John Lewis where I have sent my laptop for repairs before and had to wait two weeks on top of a load of extra charges, these guys repaired my laptop in the space of one hour and were completely honest with me in terms of cost, and what the problem was. Could not recommend highly enough.

Brilliant, instant communication, my laptop needed de-cluttering and help -they sorted it no problems, needed some parts and they had stock. Maybe based in a market but I can assure you these guys really are proper and hopefully here to stay! Thank you guys.

"Excellent services, very friendly. Bought the custom build desktop there with an absolute good deal. They gave me more than i expect and sorted everything out for me. A shop I highly recommend if you want or needed parts for the PCs or having problem with your laptop/desktop.

I had great deal of work stored on a YOHU flash drive. After about a year of use it failed without warning. Though it had USB A, USB C, and Lightning connections, none gave recognition on lapttop or desktop PCs. I was almost resigned to losing all recent work. As a last resort I brouht it to Mike O Soft. It will in future be a first stop, In minutes the drive was functioning once again, long enough to recover everything. It has since - as was advised - failed completely, BUT thanks to Mike O Soft I lost nothing but a poor value flash drive. SO GRATEFUL Barry. - Barry Reply

SENT a message about transforming an old uni laptop and he said he could help. When I got to his shop, he told me he could upgrade my laptop to the latest version of Microsoft as it has the potential to do so, which he did. I was most surprised how low the cost was to do this. Adrian was very polite and very friendly. He knows what he's doing and would recommend him 100% and more. Thank very much for helping.

Took my 8yr dead hp laptop in on Thursday, hard drive replaced and windows 11 installed and it's working like a brand new laptop within 24hours! Lovely customer service and great prices! Will be using Summer Valley for all my techno problems!

My laptop had given up after my degree so I rang to get an estimate for a repair - it’s brilliant that they come to you. The woman on the other end of the phone (I spoke to a few times) was lovely and the technician was very knowledgeable and honest - giving me a great price for the repair. Not only this but went above and beyond, fixing my screen as well (which I couldn’t afford to be fixed in addition to the repair). I am very pleased and will definitely be returning if I run into any other technical problems.

Accidentally broke my laptop screen and they picked it up same day, fixed and returned the next. Really lovely, reassuring people and couldn’t have asked for more! Really well priced too, a very big thank you to Darren!

Had a damaged 360 laptop screen and Darren came to collect the laptop, went back to fix it, and dropped it off in a couple of days. Very well priced service! Thank you.
