I have used James previously, so he was my first port of call when I had a possible electrical fault with a plug/plug socket, intermittently causing my fuse box to trip and washing machine to stop working. James attended to the call out quickly, arrived on time and made all the necessary checks. James also checked the function of my cooker ignition, to offer assurance and a resolution. The engineer arrived at the arranged time and got straight to work. He was very self sufficient. He was very courteous, asking us if we wanted X,Y and Z done in a particular way. He always ensured that we were satisfied with the choices and the end results. He was very professional and tidied up after himself. He even did the extra jobs that we requested after he arrived. James and his colleague diagnosed the problem with kitchen electrics causing my elderly mother's newly installed boiler to keep tripping. They installed a new consumer unit replacing her old fuse box and ran a separate supply from this to the boiler. They identified two disconnected and redundant circuits with dead switches and blanked them off and tracked down a droning noise, which was driving her mad, to a clogged extractor fan which they fixed.
