I've been coming here consistently for 8 months and am always so impressed with the quality of the food, the portion sizes, the service and, most of all, the value for money. It's some of the best asiatic cuisine I've had in the UK. Full of flavour and not too greasy. Really can't recommend Mr. So enough.

I haven't eaten here for a few years but always remember it as being good. This time didn't disappoint. It's really good food with really good, fast and friendly service and I'm looking forward to going back asap.

We had a great meal at Mr So. The food was surprisingly tasty and very traditional which is hard to find these days. The service was just perfect. Highly recommended.

Not much in terms of atmosphere but honestly, the best and most authentic Chinese I've ever been to in the UK. There were 2 of us and we ended up ordering over £70 worth of food for the 2 of us but it was all worth it. Some dishes you would struggle to find outside of China. Was so happy to find them so I could finally try them. The ox tongue in particular was very good. Definitely going back to try more.

A lovely little Chinese restaurant. Fantastic food and brilliant service. The size of the meals we had were huge, definitely don’t scrimp on portion size. Great prices. Highly recommend a visit here if you looking for great Chinese food.

The food took a long time to arrive and is a little pricey. . . but was well worth the wait and the money. Shanghai Papa is by far the best Chinese in Winchester. Thank you for another delicious meal. As always we will be back.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. They have a variety of pan Asian foods, mainly noodle based. The staff are friendly and the service is quick.

Definitely recommend. The food was outstanding and delicious. The chicken and coriander dumplings were really good. Singapore noodles was really delicious. The service was very good too, as it was our anniversary they gave us a couple free mocktails (we dont drink). The staff were very friendly. Will be back.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon, not too busy. Nasi Goreng was superb, delicious and a hearty portion. Service was prompt and efficient. Great location at the Jewry St square and close to the cathedral. Great options on the menu and a nice lunch special combo.
