Visited Winchester and as my husband is a Rick Stein fan booked us in for lunch. The staff were amazing from the moment we entered. We had a few small plate starters and both had the Indonesia curry which was absolutely delicious. Rick's own lager was also really good.

Absolutely the perfect choice to end our wedding weekend! We had the best table in house, the staff were utterly amazing and spoilt us rotten.

Fabulous meal to celebrate our anniversary. Nile was very attentive and friendly ensuring everything was perfect. As you would expect the oysters and fish were excellent.

Absolutely amazing prawns at Turtle Bay Winchester! Hats off to the chef for crafting such a flavorful and perfectly cooked dish. The garlic pit prawns were fresh, juicy, and seasoned to perfection and seafood soul bowl . The staff were also exceptional—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and warm hospitality. I'll definitely be coming back.

I had delicious, crispy squid and a great curry with prawns at Turtle Bay. I went right at the heart of lunchtime on a Saturday, so they were very busy. I ate at the bar. My food came out quickly and it was all delicious. The wait staff was very friendly. It was a great meal.

Had an amazing afternoon celebrating my friends birthday bottomless brunch thanks to Roshan and Chris. They kept the drinks flowing and the vibe going we had a great time and definitely will be coming back to Winchester for them.

I had the most incredibly dining experience at The Chesil Rectory. The building itself is so full of history and beautifully decorated. The service was impeccable. I had briefly mentioned I had just started a new job and was in town for my first few days, and was surprised with a sweet treat at the end of the meal, which was the loveliest touch! The food was delectable. The gnocchi was unreal!! I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. I will definitely be returning.

The restaurant is lovely, with contemporary British pub fare and a beautiful setting. Craig our waiter was super helpful and accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Don't miss a chance to have a meal here when in Winchester. My favourite was the cheese souffle and honey and pine nut ice cream sandwich.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly prepared, perfectly seasoned and perfectly presented by the chef and his team at the Chesil Rectory. Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience.
