He diagnosed the problem right away and had my computer running smoothly again in no time. His prices were very reasonable, and there were no surprises—just honest and upfront pricing. What I appreciated most was his excellent communication. Adam kept me in the loop every step of the way, explaining what he was doing and why, which really put me at ease. If you need any PC repairs, I highly recommend Adam. He’s reliable, quick, and very professional!

Adam was available at short notice, which was what I needed and worked diligently over a couple if days to try and assist me to find out which part of my new but second-hand components PC was faulty. He even did some great after care when I queried him about what might be needed after the initial checks. I now finally have a fully functioning gamers paradise again for the first time in years thanks to his help.

My PC was struggling to boot. It would force restart anytime I tried to connect to WiFi. It worked over Ethernet and worked with my hotspot but I couldn’t connect it to my WiFi, without the computer force restarting on the spot. I was totally lost, and way out of my depth. I took the computer to Matt and fixed the issue on the spot or so we thought. Upon returning to my house, I connected up and again the PC crashed. Matt then drove to my house with a new PC part he bought out of his pocket, installed it and then fixed the issue completely. The guy has incredible knowledge of his field, was extremely apologetic that it didn’t work the first time, and went out of his way to fix the issue properly, by buying a new part and making the effort to come to my house and fix it. He also taught he a little about where I should have games installed and how to optimise performance of my PC, what parts I should upgrade next and how to get better performance out of my wifi. As soon as I need help, or am looking for the next upgrade I will be going straight to Matt. Great service, extremely friendly and very helpful. To anyone looking for a PC, an upgrade or just fixing an issue, I would recommend Matt 10 out of 10 times. 5 stars.

Matt was quick friendly and kept you in the loop with all the processes he did, Helped sort out all the last teething bit on my new build pc I built and gave it a proper once over making sure all of the software was up to date and running perfectly. 100% recommend and will be coming back
