Their quick breakfast contains sausage, bacon, potato scone, egg and toast with tea or coffee. Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips baked potatoes are served with butter or topped with cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, and tuna mayo. You can also try their special fish, a freshly cooked piece of haddock coated in batter, served with a light garnish. The fish shop also serves Glasgow, Livingston, Stirling, and Balloch. Great fish and a very warm welcome. Unsurprisingly as a good chippie it is very popular and so it can get busy. However, they have a very efficient "production line" keeping the orders coming as fast as possible, whilst keeping top quality. Always service with a smile.

This place is awesome. We had no idea what to order (as Americans visiting the UK for the first time, this being our first proper chippy) but the employee helped us a lot. You could tell he really cared about serving good food. We ordered fish, scampi, a steak pie, and chips and they threw in a curry for free. I also asked about the deep fried Mars bar as it wasn't on the menu but they said they would do it up if I wanted. After ordering we asked where we can eat it and were given directions to the nearby park, where we saw another man who had been ordering there and he told us we found the best chippy in Perth. We can't wait to come back to Scotland and plan to hit this place up again.

Excellent. CHIPS ARE LUSH. Real chippy chips not those frozen ones everyone's trying to get away with lately. Best chippy I've been to since moving to Scotland in 2014.

Great service. We were served by a guy ( I think called Sandy) and he always had a smile on his face and was very polite. The quality of food was really good. Was too quiet to judge the atmosphere but I'd gladly come here again.

I had a very enjoyable meal and the waitress was amazing with her manners and she made you feel welcome. Recommend to anyone.

Been in a couple of times with my friend and her mum. Must say the food is really good, very crisp batter on fish, white pudding was moist not dry. Scampi was very tasty. Macaroni was delicious. Plates were full. Chips taste really good. Service was friendly. We will definitely be back .

Genuinely the best fish and chips around, and I say that as someone who has been to Anstruther recently. Consistently good. Batter is light and crispy and sticks to the fish. Sometimes fish just gets lost in the batter, but not here, the fish is the star of the show, flakey, thick chunks of white goodness covered in a perfect batter mixture. Service is always great, friendly, and quick. Pizzas are pretty good too.

We took a long drive to enjoy these authentic fish & chips. Funny how they call chips what we call fries. I had the special sauce and my lovely bride had the butter batter. And the cole slaw was creamy and delicious. Worth the drive! Highly recommend.

Food was delicious! Red puddings!!! I hunt everywhere for these! Huge portions and reasonably priced too. Staff were friendly. Food was lovely and fresh. Will definitely be back when in the area. Highly recommend. The ice cream looked amazing too. Constant stream of people coming in too, always a good sign.
