THE MALTINGS REVIEWS

This place is definitely worth a visit, there is plenty of parking available and a lovely patio area with heating and blankets available if it's chilly, the staff are extremely efficient, polite, and hardworking. The food is excellent and good value for money and a good size portion, I can recommend the haggis starter it is fantastic and also the rib eye steak with the Balmoral topper you won't be disappointed, but every meal that comes out looks mouthwatering. Well done to all the staff keep up the good work.

It is a lovely pub. Our waitress Lesley was very nice. We wanted to try haggis, neeps and tattis and it was very good. We also had steak and ale pie which was delicious as well. Food arrived soon after we ordered. The ambient was nice and calm.

A family meal out, great choice. Well recommended. Not to busy, very welcoming staff.7 adults and 2 children and we all agreed this place was perfect for us, food was fantastic with generous amounts, staff were great, toilets we're clean and pretty well maintained. Definitely go back. Thanks.

As a family, this was the first year we ventured out to enjoy our Christmas Dinner. We already enjoy regular meals at The Glover Arms and the Christmas Day Menu was one of the best we had seen, so we booked a table! There was a fab choice of food on the menu and even a kids menu too for our 3 young boys who joined us. The food was sensational and the portion sizes made sure we left full to the brim. From the soup to the desserts, Chris the Chef did an outstanding job! I’m still hearing about the amazing Trio of Desserts from my husband! Emma looked after our table and always made sure we had everything we needed. From ordering drinks to bringing out the food, to checking on us, everything again was perfect! We had a perfect Christmas Dinner at the Glover Arms because of Niall and his team who worked very hard on Christmas Day! I would 100% recommend for a meal any time of the year, but especially Christmas! Thank you Glover Arms.

Absolutely fantastic food, best lasagne iv ever had, nice friendly staff with nice atmosphere would highly recommend and worth it's money.

xcellent service. We were served by Stuart who was really helpful. Great way of dealing with me being gluten free, huge menu choice and the food was great! No problem with being gluten-free. Highly recommend. Our chefs were Chris & Martin. Marvellous! We’ll be back.

THE TWA TAMS REVIEWS

Always a great atmosphere at this. Some would consider it as a second home especially for musicians. Hottest place to go to in Perth. Beer prices have significantly improved recently, good sized, as well as sociable atmosphere for their beer garden. Sunday socials are fantastic for musicians who want a little taste of performing to an audience.

Atmosphere was brilliant very well run pub had live music range of drinks ie lagers and beers are good nice place would recommend unfortunately no food review as only in for drinks.

We stopped here for food but the kitchen was closed. It was still a great place to stop for drinks and music! We stayed and had a drink and the music was beautiful! The atmosphere is exactly what we expect for a Scottish pub! Stop in for a drink and soak up the locale music! Loved it! Thank you, Twa Tams.
