Great experience once again shopping with Pine and Oak. Brilliant personal service in store helped me choose the Rimini bed from the Highgrove collection. It is perfect for the room and my needs. I am glad that I took the advice on the mattress as it is so comfortable. Storage at both sides is really handy for bedding and towels. The bed was delivered on the date I requested with good comms on the day. I have items from pine and oak throughout my house and will always return .. they can’t be beaten on price and quality together with brilliant customer service.

Quality stuff. Some items are quite pricey, but you do! Get what you pay for. Bought a king's size bed from here and a dining room table and chairs. Both are very good prices and very good quality. There today, checking out a Kings size mattress only and found their prices are brilliant. Past deliveries have been without question, on the ball. On time. Friendly staff, and they bring it in and build it if it needs to be.

We were absolutely made up with the service from pine and oak, they really helped us out fitting in a special delivery for us so we could get our furniture on time. The TV stand and dresser are wonderful. Not a piece of chip board in sight! We will certainly buy from this business again and would recommend to friends and family.

I had been looking for a decent sofa-bed for weeks but most of the main retailers were either out of stock or had delivery dates of several months. Called into Lawtons yesterday. They had several on display, one being exactly what I was after. Bought there and then. Fantastic service.

Great range of discounted branded furniture, very friendly helpful staff, especially Kirsty who even though she knew we weren't buying only browsing answered all our questions without complaint and went above and beyond.

Really thankful to the two polite and helpful members of staff who kindly dropped off a missing part to an item I had bought today. The manager I met in store was also very helpful.

We order a lot of furniture from indigo, the staff were amazing , friendly and extremely helpful, yes we had to wait for most of our furniture to come into the country, and we had a few problems with a couple of pieces, but they were sorted efficiently, the delivery men were fantastic, couldn’t wish for nicer men , very helpful and they put everything up and in place.

Service was friendly, helpful, informative and knowledgeable. From my first (second, and third) visit to the store, to ordering my gorgeous corner sofa. Indigo staff kept me informed throughout the process. To the delivery of the sofa. A huge thank you to the guys who delivered and fitted the sofa, they were friendly, helpful and professional, and took great care of the sofa and my home. Thanks, and well done Indigo.

Jim and Glyn did a fantastic job delivering our gorgeous new sofa today, It was large and had to go through the neighbours fence and they were brilliant, the customer care was great, they were so friendly. Excellent service, thanks guys.
