I can’t begin to thank Kathleen enough for our sessions together. After various therapies for health anxiety Kathleen is the first person to really help me overcome it. As well as this I have made massive improvements in my family relationships and other areas I had avoided for so long. Kathleen is so approachable and friendly, I looked forward to our sessions and always felt so positive afterwards. I will really miss seeing Kathleen weekly! Thank you for changing my life just in time for my baby girl arriving.

I went to see Kathleen as a last resort to help me quit caffeine which was causing me fatigue and anxiety. Three sessions is all it took for me to feel better than I've felt my whole life! I stopped drinking tea and coffee after the second session and I've never looked back. I'm so grateful. Kathleen helped change my life. I’d initially contacted Kathleen in the midst of what felt like a 6 month long panic attack... the level of anxiety I was experiencing daily was out of control and effecting my life immensely. Sam has transformed the life of my family member in a matter of weeks for crippling anxiety. We had tried counselling before but nothing worked. She is an amazing counsellor and a lovely person. I would definitely recommend her without hesitation. Thank you Sam so much for everything you have done for us.

I have suffered traumas 2 years ago and cannot praise Sam enough. She has been able to work me through them. I have now become more relaxed with myself. Years ago I trained as a counsellor, although I no longer use those skills I can appreciate her way of working which has been excellent.

I saw Sam for anxiety I'd suffered with for years and had frequent panic attacks, leaving the house was becoming impossible. I'd tried CBT before and left with more anxiety than I started with. I wish I'd gone to Sam sooner - I've not had a panic attack in months and can't remember the last time anxiety stopped me from doing something. I've even booked a holiday for the first time in years. Thank you Sam!
