Went to the opticians this morning the new optician Paav was lovely he was really pleased with my eye health and went through everything explaining things really clearly and ensured i felt really positive when he finished

Excellent service from beginning to end from Dan. I came in with my Mum. Dan is always helpful and kind. He really goes the extra mile and his assistance is always greatly appreciated. He is a great asset, a real jewel in the Specsaver’s crown in Liverpool City Centre!

Great experience! I had doubts about my prescription from Specsavers, so I wanted a second opinion. My concerns were justified, as my prescription had changed. The practice showed fantastic customer care by making an exception, due to the issue I’d had with Specsavers, and kindly gave me my appointment free on the NHS again. I was also helped to find a pair of well-fitting glasses and even received a voucher. I’m really impressed with the care and attention I received and will definitely be recommending this practice to people I know. Thank you.
