I had a recurrent shoulder injury that i couldn't seem to get rid of, so booked in to see Jamie. On the first session he got right to the point and recommended daily exercises I hadn't tried before, that would help resolve the problem. He then spent time working on the affected muscles to mobilise and help me move better. Over the next 2 weeks, the pain pretty much disappeared. Went in for my follow up yesterday and Jamie was happy the pain was gone and recommended I gradually get back into training - no need for another appointment.

Really happy with the service here. Shauna has explained clearly why I need to build up the areas around my knee so that there’s less pressure on it when exercising. She has been patient with me when showing all the new exercises I need to practice. My knee pain has reduced significantly which is a big relief. Would definitely recommend.

I have seen Jamie three times now and have made a lot of improvement. I am now able to use my arms without being in discomfort. After spending many years at the computer, my shoulders were aching, but they are much better now. My lower back pain has gone and I have less tension in my neck. With more treatment, this will reduce further. I highly recommend Jamie at The Treatment Table.

I can highly recommend City Rehab. I booked sessions after lacklustre post-surgery physio from the hospital and had serious doubts about the level of activity I could return to. David was very thorough and considered in putting together the right plan to help me achieve my goals and was always confident that I would get there. He worked on not just the goal of returning to sport, but also correcting things that had probably contributed to the injury in the first place. I am now moving in a much better way and have returned to the same level of activity as before the injury.

Had my physio with Zen. Very very educated and well experienced. Understanding as he knows what it’s like to have back pain, which was my reason for visiting. Spent some weeks there, found the root of the problem and gave me some great specific exercises as a daily routine for road to recovery. Genuinely wants you fit and well in fastest time. Thank you Zen. Will definitely be coming back here for any future injuries.

The staff at city rehab are amazing! Had a shoulder injury which was affecting everyday activities, David understood my injury and gave me exercises to complete at home which benefited me with my recovery. David was a big help throughout my 5 sessions. Big shout out to receptionist Val too she was lovely and welcoming from day one! Highly recommended.

First appointment with Richard this morning. I have a knee problem. Richard was very thorough, going over medical history and also what may have caused the problem with my knee. Examination of the knee was very thorough. I felt very positive about recovery of knee issue and would recommend the Physio Therapy Centre.

I had a natal check with Sarah Norris and had such a positive experience. Sarah gave me a lot of reassurance about my recovery with useful tips for getting back to ‘normal’. Sarah is clearly very knowledgable about post c section recovery - she gave me a comprehensive check and some really helpful advice. She’s also very friendly and made me feel really comfortable.

Easy to find. Good parking. Welcoming, friendly staff. Comfortable, clean bright environment. This was my first appointment I had time to explain my issue and have treatment. Sharna was very helpful with her advice and clearly very knowledgeable.
