All staff friendly and welcoming by phone and face to face. Very obliging to accommodate an emergency consultation and vets and staff have a wonderful, empathetic approach to each animal attending the surgery. Everything explained clearly, and not a problem to ask again if you're not sure of something.

This vets helped my dog, they saved my dog ??who swallowed a food glove. Our family is very grateful to Dr. Alastair McManus (Veterinary Surgeon ), who is really smart and quickly figured out how to help my dog ??Rocky and a big thank you to him and I wish there were more doctors as kind and smart as him.

Fantastic staff, friendly understanding and accommodating. Great care taken with my pet and lots of patience. Highly recommend.

Everyone in this practise are truly beautiful , from the gorgeous girl on reception, the nurses and vets. I can't thank them enough for saving my little cat Olive, Allison was wonderful, she went above and beyond for my girl. Thank you all of you for being amazing xxx.

My cat accidentally ate a Lily on Thursday afternoon. The Liverpool Vet saw him immediately and calmed my nerves whilst they treated me, even though he wasn’t registered with them. They were so kind and professional, and ultimately saved my cats life. I would recommend them to anyone!.

Amazing staff, so loving and caring towards our pet rat who needed a operation. Aftercare is top notch highly recommended.

MEDIVET 24 HOUR ALDER REVIEWS

Had a recurrence of a serious problem with our little one - with no appointment initially, the desk staff managed to get us seen for a couple of minutes and then a proper examination later the same day. The vet, Ana, was great. Offered great advice after assessing our poorly dog and had no intention of steering the conversation towards expensive scans and investigation. A very pleasant surprise. What's more, the instructions and medicines given seem to be working, thank you!.

Always receive great service. The ladies on reception are very professional. Poppy loves the attention she gets every time we visit (usually once a month for her allergy injection) Glad Morar always makes a fuss of her. Could only recommend the service as the best.

Had to go here for an emergency post surgery appointment for my dog. Very caring and understanding. They checked he was ok and explained everything throughly. Really pleased with their service.
