Found 1 Step Recovery after years of being an alcoholic and was at an all time low in my life.Lyn and Dave took me in and can honestly say it has changed my life.the combination of great houses, group sessions that tackle mental health,adduction etc ,one to one counselling and a service that encourages you to lead a better clean and sober life is nothing but amazing. I have tried everything to atop this addiction but 1Step recovery has finally made it possible for me to see a way forward on the slow road to recovery The will in the service to get you better is there every day by all My family and me cannot give 1 Step Recovery enough praise,thank you so much Thanks Tony

Amazing place full of amazing people. Great support and many groups to engage in. Thanks to one step recovery taking me in when I was in a bad place I have managed to change my life and now have a good future ahead of me free from drugs and drink.
