I attend the GP practice next door and the allied pharmacy is superb. I never have any problems picking up my prescriptions or my husbands as the staff are amazing. It is definitely a top pharmacy. I nearly always see Millie in there and she is so helpful and pleasant. I asked her about our covid jabs and she booked us in within 2 days. she is amazing. Thank you Millie.

I'm doing this review for my mum to highlight the excellent service she received from Lillian when going about having her ears syringed. Nothing was too much trouble Lillian goes above and beyond, she is so pleasant and her customer service is second to none.

Staff always kind and helpful. Never had any issues with this pharmacy.

Was very anxious about something and thought I needed to make a specific purchase, but one of the women who work here made me slow down, had a conversation with me and gave me amazing advice that was definitely beyond her payroll! Never got her name- she had curly hair and glasses. But she went above and beyond and fixed my problem for me based on her own personal experience having gone through the same thing. Lovely to meet kind people.

Was out and about for a day out in Liverpool and popped into the chemist for some safety pins as my pants had split. The staff were so helpful and even went to the extreme of helping me pin my pants! Such a friendly warm welcome and staff never stopped smiling! Will definitely be back for any pharmacy needs! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic service! I had the yellow fever vaccination and rabies. Diane was very professional and took the time to chat through the itinerary for my trip to advise me on what vaccinations I needed. The vaccinations were administered efficiently and I didn’t feel any pain. All staff at the pharmacy were lovely, would 100% recommend.

What a stroke of luck it was today to find a Pharmacy that could give a Tetanus vaccination. Diana was lovely and made us feel at ease with her very calm demeanour! I would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Fantastic service! I have had a total of 6 holiday vaccinations over the course of a few months. Really helpful, really informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
