THE COOK'S TALE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
We tried The Cook’s Tale yesterday for the Sunday lunch. WOW it was absolutely delicious. We had the shared chicken and the single lamb dish and shared between 4 and there was plenty. Spice was just right. Dev the chef presented us with our dinner and we were able to chat with him which was a nice touch. Complimentary pea and artichoke soup with naan bread and we asked to the chocolate deserts to take home. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the area. Thank you.
Fantastic Indian. Unexpected find in Canterbury of all places. I eat a lot of Indian food (Central London, Tooting, Southall, Delhi) but this was possibly the best I had. Great taste, classy atmosphere, excellent service. Prices are probably medium/high for Canterbury, but more than justified by the food quality. Highly recommended and worth a journey to Canterbury on its own. We had the vegetarian starter, the Thali and the king prawns. All excellent.
Amazing food. The service was a little slow as they were short staffed, and they had chefs serving as waitors, but the food was still outstanding and great atmosphere.

THE ANCIENT RAJ REVIEWS
Absolutely wonderful food. Very authentic. Spiced perfectly. Moderately priced so excellent value. Service was very exceptional. Highly, highly recommend!!! Lovely hot towel and mint to finish. Best Indian food I've had in a long time. So good I forgot to snap pics!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Ancient Raj Indian Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere was charming, creating a perfect setting for a delightful meal.
Called in on the off chance, and was ready for the apologies as all the visible tables were reserved, but we were offered a table right in the middle of the restaurant. Service was friendly and good, and the food was out of this world. Definitely look at returning. The manager was really great, giving a personal input into the menu.

KASHMIR TANDOORI REVIEWS
A wonderful gem of a restaurant that is perfect for a sumptuous lunch or dinner if you prefer Indian curries! The guys are very polite and amazing when it came to food quality and timeliness. This is my go to place whenever I am in the area for great food and relaxing atmosphere! Five stars.
First time customer, meal for 4, had 12 different items from the menu, selected the less spicy options and it was lovely, great flavours and taste, I asked if the vegetarian containers could be marked and they did that for us so no confusion when dishing up. Delivered at a specific time after placing order and the driver was on time.
My all time favourite Indian restaurant. We order pretty much weekly and it’s consistently great! Always tasty and hot. The staff and owner are very welcoming too!.
