At A la Turka, they are proud to be the only restaurant in Kent that represents this authentic regional cuisine. They source their lamb locally from butchers working with farmers in Kent and Sussex. Their fish comes from a Faversham fisher where they source quality fresh salmon, sea bass, sea bream, prawns, mussels and white. Be sure to taste their Feta Cheese, Cacik, Patlican Ezme, Saksuka and Olives. The restaurant also offers takeaway, dine-in, home delivery, online orders and table reservations.

Had a late afternoon meal with friends it was laid out for a large party who fortunately arrive just as we left. Staff very helpful as I have mobility issues, we sat outside on the rear terrace and were very fortunate to have a warm sunny evening. Only soft drinks as I was driving, but the food was delicious as it is in their other venues. Well presented and freshly prepared as we could see as we passed the open plan kitchen on our way to the rear of the property.

A la Turka offers a delightful culinary journey through Turkish cuisine. From succulent kebabs to flavorful mezes, every dish is a masterpiece. The warm ambiance and attentive service elevate the dining experience. A must-visit destination for those seeking authentic Turkish flavors in the heart of Canterbury.

What an amazing meal! The staff were so attentive and the food was amazing. It can be pricey but you pay for what you get which is great food, huge portions and amazing service! It made our date night out before The Marlowe even better. Cannot wait to return.

MEZZE BAR & GRILL REVIEWS

A friendly welcome awaits from attentive staff. We had the Mixed Grill and Hot Mezze to share. Cooked over charcoal the kofta, lamb chop, lamb shish and chicken shish was tender and beautifully seasoned. We had baklava for dessert and I had a cocktail (White Russian) which finished the meal perfectly. We will definitely return to this beautiful restaurant.

Today was our first time trying this restaurant. Me and my husband shared the meat lovers platter for two and it was stunning. Freshly made, the dishes were two course (hot and cold) and the main was enormous! There was so much food, the lovely staff boxed up what was left for us to enjoy this evening at home. We will definitely be back! Very very tasty, nice atmosphere, lovely decor. Thank you all.

Smashing food, 100% recommend here. Very friendly staff I have to mention Nino he always went above & beyond! Great table service.

Absolutely amazing. Fast delivery with a very polite driver, big portions and delicious food. Salad and garlic sauce packed separately from the kebab which was great as prevented anything being soggy. Will definitely order again. Highly recommend.

Can’t fault this place at all! fast delivery on a weekday, boss boxes are the best value for money. Food was nice and hot and very tasty ????
