The food is excellent. This is a very popular city restaurant. Large seating capacity and gets very busy. Once the orders were placed it was a speedy service. Friendly and helpful staff. Lighting was low-key, so much so we had to use phone torches to read the menu. We also asked for more t-lights on our table so we could see our meals. Overall, it was a good choice.

Absolutely outstanding pizza experience! The pizza here is simply divine – every slice bursts with flavor and is cooked to perfection. Whether you're a fan of classic Margherita or adventurous toppings, they've got something for everyone. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure your dining experience is top-notch. If you're a pizza lover, this place is an absolute must-visit.

Food is incredible, absolutely massive Italian style pizza at reasonable price. Drinks are more pricey but kind of what you’d expect. Very busy so definitely book.

Recently had a meal at this Southampton branch. Food was fresh and hot, but unfortunately I found the calamari to be quite pale and bland. The prawn pizza was delicious though and lower in calories than most! Our waiter was also attentive to our large booking and he was great. This Zizzi branch was good despite the above.

We are visiting from Oregon in the US. The service was great. Food delicious. We especially enjoyed visiting with Jen who went above and beyond. She was very lovely.

Came in for dinner during the week and had a lovely time. The servers were super friendly and the food was nice.

Really nice 3 course meal with my Husband. We did a date day and came to Bella Italia for lunch before heading to the cinema. Lovely atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Being a lunch time on a Thursday there was only 4 or 5 tables occupied. Would go again for sure. Beautiful food & cocktails.

Amazing hospitality by staff. Delicious Italian cuisine. Would definitely recommend just for the service offered.

Had a lovely waitress called deedee was very welcoming. Amazing food and well priced definitely will be coming back.
