A lovely branch, beautiful building that has been done up nicely, we went on our Monday off. It was nice that they spaced everyone out rather than putting all diners in one section. Lunchtime deal for a smaller steak (fillet), cooked perfectly, couldn't recommend it more. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely! And highly recommend the banoffee mini dessert (quite big for a mini).

My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary and we had the most amazing time. Our server Lauren was exceptional very natural and really friendly. Our food was the best steak we’ve had ever, stunning quality with everything we ordered. Absolutely come here again.

The wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. We were seated in a lovely quiet area of the restaurant and our server (I believe his name was Norbert?) was friendly, informative and efficient. The steaks were out of this world!!! (I don’t quite get the wedge of lettuce, I’d rather just have more steak haha)We had room for desserts and these were equally as delightful.

BALMORAL BEEFEATER REVIEWS

The breakfast buffet at Balmoral Beefeater in Southampton is well-regarded for its variety and value. I appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, along with the clean facilities. The buffet features classic English breakfast items, with highlights including well-cooked bacon, eggs, and a selection of pastries. Some diners have noted that certain items, like sausages, could be of better quality, but overall, the breakfast experience is positive and good for the price.

Large Beefeater with a free car park directly outside. Your usual Beefeater Breakfast experience. Great range of food, well-stocked (and re-stocked) and at a good price. The cooked food was buffet style though as opposed to cook to order like some other Beefeaters.

Great place to go for food. The unlimited breakfast is great and it includes tea, coffee and juice. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Make sure you put your numberplate into the machine on entry to get 3 hours parking and avoid a fine.

Had the best steak of my life here tonight and believe me Ive eaten alot of steaks at various places. Had scallops, calamari and king prawns for starter and then the porterhouse steak for our main. All was incredible. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. We go back time and time again.

Amazing Steak, Great Service. The steak was cooked to perfection and the chips were brilliant. Our table had an array of different steaks and they were all cooked uniquely. I would recommend this to anybody in the area looking for a steak house.

We went on a Sunday afternoon the restaurant was packed. Two of our party had steaks both cooked to perfection and the other two had Roast Pork so not disappointed it was delicious and lots of it. Extremely friendly staff who like a bit of banter.
