YO! SOUTHAMPTON WESTQUAY REVIEWS

My son loves sushi so we bought him the Yo! Sushi School experience at Yo! Southampton. He absolutely loved it, Dave and his team made sure that he was made very welcome, and in a small group of 8, taught him how to create various sushi dishes. For anyone that loves sushi, this is a great experience, no matter how competent you are in the kitchen. The Yo! team are brilliant teachers, and you take home all the food that you make (which is a lot!) Thanks Dave and well done Yo!

Went for a birthday lunch - the COVID19 arrangements were explained and the ordering process and paying on-line was easy to use and worked well. The light system showing when our food was ready was a bit hit and miss, but didn't detract from the meal. Food was hot, enjoyable (depending on your tastes of course!)... personally the korean Street chicken is a winner.

This is a very busy Yo but the manager/guy in charge booked us a table and we waited for it to become available. I had a 9 Yr old and a 2 Yr old and our table was perfect with a space for the buggy. The food as usual was excellent and arrived quickly. I only wish this outlet was bigger. Full marks to all the staff.

COISHI REVIEWS

This time I ordered stewed beef brisket and Japanese curry chicken rice, which was really delicious. The chicken and beef were very tender, the sauce was super fragrant, and the rice was also very soft and sticky. I highly recommend this restaurant, the environment is very clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

Always have a super nice time when I come to co-sushi, whether it's just a cute little dinner with my husband or having sushi with a group of friends. They have a great range of food including hot food, everything is fresh and the teas are delicious. Also I've ordered to my home via über loads and the quality is as good as in store and always gets here quickly, well wrapped never leaked.

Popped in for lunch on a Saturday, fast and friendly service! Sushi platter tasted great for my common person taste buds, but my friend who's a Japanese food enthusiast commented that the sushi rice could've been seasoned more. Comfy little place for a quick bite when in town :)

ZENTO SUSHI REVIEWS

Have been here a couple of times now and both the times the experience have been really good. The service is top notch with a friendly approach. Food comes to you very soon and it is always fresh and delicious. We found the portion size to be quite large every time and it fill you up! Honestly a satisfactory experience given the cheaper price. Usually we spend only around £10 per person. (It’s cheaper to pay by cash btw) By now I have tried most of the items on their menu and have no complains. Will not hesitate to go there again or to recommend it to anyone!

We first Zento Sushi for dine in service, having spotted it on a walk past. My wife and I love Japanese food and Zento Sushi did not disappoint! The staff were wonderful, polite and kind. Service was fast and the food tasted amazing! You could tell that everything had been carefully prepared and the presentation was great. We later returned for takeaway lunch and ordered a lunch bento and a lunch donburi. Both were once again amazingly prepared, with the additional presentation and care! I highly recommend this restaurant and am very happy that Southampton has it - definitely fills a void whilst I’m unable to travel to Japan.

I love it! I came for dinner in person on Monday. Everything is so fresh, tasty and the staff are lovely. I enjoyed it so much I just ordered for delivery and was not disappointed! The food quality was still the same and delicious. Granted it can’t be presented the same as at the restaurant but the delivery packaging was suitable with some eco-friendly pots too. I’d highly recommend to anyone.
