COW TOWER REVIEWS
Went here as part of the Halloween Ghost Walk tonight, my work colleagues and myself had a really good and fun time, well worth a night out just for the laughs, luckily we were a good crowd, the main man and all his acting colleagues had a brilliant sense of humour, they really made it a good night, so to all you BORING PEOPLE WHO PUT NEGATIVE COMMENTS JUST LIVE A LITTLE AND ENJOY ABIT OF HUMOUR.
A purpose-built artillery blockhouse. Build around late 1300s to command a strategic point in Norwich city defence against the French and indigenous English rebels. Part of a local heritage. It’s located along the river. Used to house guns and weapons to defend the city. Now it looks like a deserted tower with a gate to prevent entry into the tower but you can see from a certain angle the inside.
Cow Tower is steeped in history, it is tainted with the blood of revolution from Ketts rebellion and now it offers a great backdrop for a picnic or a dog walk.

FELBRIGG HALL REVIEWS
This is a lovely NT property. The house is fascinating, the guides are knowledgeable and everything is beautifully preserved and presented. There's the biggest and most extensively planted walled garden I've ever visited, the doves and chickens strutting about the place are great to see. The grounds are extensive, we did the walk around the church and ice house. This is National Trust at its best.
Wonderful day out. The house is a great visit and the usual National Trust facilities/amenities were good. The real selling point of Felbrigg Hall is the miles upon miles of walking routes. There are walking routes for everyone and the majority of the footpaths are even. I would recommend Felbrigg to visitors of all ages as there is something for everyone.
The walled gardens are very impressive and I found the staff working in the house to be interesting, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant was very busy and not quite to my taste. the shop is small but with very helpful staff. Some of the trees are quite stunning.

Norwich Guildhall served as the focal point of the city council from the early 15th century until a new city building was replaced in 1938. The exterior of the Guildhall stands as an exceptional example of the renowned stonework for which the city is celebrated. Crafted from alternating squares of faced flint and ashlar stone, the Guildhall underwent reconstruction in the 16th century. The east end of the building features a distinctive design with alternating squares of meeting flint and ashlar stone, creating a unique checkered pattern. The Guildhall was designed to make a lasting impression, boasting a sixteen-bay roof with tie beams, Renaissance decorative woodwork, and stunning stained glass. This architectural ensemble showcases the historical significance and craftsmanship of the Guildhall, adding to the cultural richness of the city.

NORWICH GUILDHALL REVIEWS
We visited Norwich Guildhall during the Heritage Open Days in Sept and we found the whole experience so interesting. John, our guide, was so knowledgeable and took his time for people in our group, to thoroughly understand the History. Showing us the dark Prisoner holding cells with the graffiti on the walls, really brings their gloomy existence in that time, to life. We came out of the Guildhall with so much information, of a building that I’ve grown up seeing regularly most of my life and didn’t know the full history of till John told us.
Went there for the history mystery puzzle room and it's was really fun and I had a really good time and it was a lovely building.
An excellent tour by a knowlegable guide. A really significant building with a fascinating history in the heart of Norwich.
