Me and my Wife had our wedding ceremony and meal/reception and we were so impressed with everything! A seamless and smooth process from the initial booking all the way through to when the bar shut that night! Everything was clean and tidy and the staff when above and beyond to create our special day. A massive thank you to Sarah who was incredible and gave us such peace of mind all day. She had brilliant event planning skills and ensured when the room was show to us for our room reveal, we didn’t have to change a thing. Her relaxed and friendly approach offered us such confidence that everything was in hand, she is a real credit to the team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roundwood and the staff and once again thank you all for creating our dream day and memories for us to cherish for a lifetime!

Absolutely lovely place. Very clean with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are very polite and friendly. Haven't played bowls here so can't fully report on that aspect, but the facilities look great. The cakes are excellent, even with gluten free vegan choice, which is exciting for me personally.

I came here with my work for a rest and restore day and it was just really great, a nice simple venue with all that you need. The tea and coffee on tap was great and the light lunch provided was perfect. We did a nice mix of indoor and outdoor activities also and the space outside was lovely.

Wow, what can I say about The Flint Room?! We had our wedding here and it was everything we could have hoped for. Trish and Lesley were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They made the whole process of planning a wedding feel very easy and enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble, and our guests absolutely loved them both. They are great hosts and know how to put people at ease and get everyone in the mood for a party. The venue itself is beautiful. They've done such a great job with the decorations, it's so unique and looks brilliant in photos. It was a real weight off my mind not to have to think about decorating the venue as it was already done. We're so happy that we chose the Flint Room for our wedding. We want to come back and do it all again!

The most memorable wedding day we could have hoped for. The Flint Room creates all the beauty of traditional church wedding but with the warm charm of a relaxed ceremony. The whole process of hiring the Flint Room was easy from the get go for me and my wife. The day was perfect for our guests and most importantly us! Lesley and Trish have created a superb venue and are the perfect hosts. They could not have made us feel more comfortable more relaxed or at ease and are the perfect double act. Perhaps my biggest compliment is how human they are, almost like having a cool Auntie throw a wedding for you! Thank you so much again.
