Lovely service. The driver was a lovely person to talk with while on my way to a dental appointment. The drive was smooth and when I told the driver that I needed to get to the appointment a bit earlier than planned he took his time and we still got there right on time. Highly recommend!

Quick service. Collected from A&E Norwich and was feeling a bit poorly still. The driver made sure I was OK, adjusted the temperature in the car to cool as he could see I was hot and informed me he would drive me carefully home, which he did. With Classic FM playing my 40 minute drive home was excellent. Thank you.

5 star experience from booking to arrival, most recently with a very early morning pickup and lift to the train station. Great updates via mobile, on-time and extremely helpful and friendly driver, great start to a long journey, will be my 1st choice for future bookings.

im was my driver and what lovely professional gentleman he is. Even accidentally took my friends phone and he patiently waiting for me to fanny about returning it (for no extra charge even though it would of been completely fair to charge me more for the extra work) Not sure how you would give him a premonition but he certainly deserves one. Maybe a new car for best taxi driver in Norwich.. Honestly great company and got me to my door speedily and safely. Would give more stars if i could.....

I had a great experience with Jim, my taxi driver. He was punctual, polite, and made the journey really. His car was spotless and well looked after, and he made sure I felt safe and at ease throughout the ride. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and easy to chat with – the kind of driver who makes the trip enjoyable rather than just a ride from A to B. I’d definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking for a reliable taxi service

I cannot thank you enough for helping me today getting back home from a triathlon race with my bike. I took part in the prestigious Norwich Triathlon and live around 10 miles away. So as to avoid riding back home after the race I called at least 4 different local companies and only Courtesy Taxi were willing to help, because I had a bike. I was picked up at the race venue by Richard who was very helpful. The bike easily fitted into the back of the car with seats lowered . It was a fantastic day and you made it even better.

Used your taxi from A and E last night at about 10pm. Was kept informed of arrival time and driver was punctual. My husband is disabled and he was treated wirh great respect. Your driver was very kind and considerate . Have used your taxis on several similar occasions. Would recommend your firm. Angela Rudd
