My stay at Dunston Hall Hotel was simply delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive yet discreet, always there when needed without being intrusive. The culinary experience was outstanding, with a diverse selection of prepared dishes that were both delicious and satisfying. Before departing, I indulged in a cheeky beer – as one does – and was pleasantly surprised by the superb variety offered at very reasonable prices. A truly memorable experience all around!

My son and I had a lovely time at Dunston Hall Hotel spa. From the minute we walked through the door. We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist name Caroline who was very kind, to the breakfast staff Beatrice and Nadia who were very helpful and kind. All the staff were polite and great. We were only booked for two tonight , the hotel was lovely that we booked for a third night, that’s shows how we enjoyed it. It was quite and peaceful hotel, historical looking hotel outside and in. Next time my husband will be coming.

Went here for a company function so can only talk about the function room and afternoon tea. Dunston Hall is definitely a sight to behold! Very big and grand. I believe you can play golf here. Will definitely be back at some point to explore it some more.

MAIDS HEAD HOTEL REVIEWS

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Norwich. Our suite was fabulous, with wooden beams, rolltop bath, interesting shower, overlooking the cathedral. A bit of traffic noise. The staff are friendly and charming. The restaurant and outdoor terrace are sadly covered in plastic flowers. There are some beautiful, dried flowers in corridors. The restaurant has enough natural light for real plants. Breakfast is generous and lots of choice. Sadly, we weren’t told our complimentary spin in the Bentley was cancelled. Good value for money, and would definitely stay again.

I have attended a number of events at the Maids Head over the years and they have always been fantastic so I was pleased when my Daughter chose it for her wedding. Chris, Gemma, Rose and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the event was magical. Thank you for making the day so special. The food at the reception was fantastic as was the breakfast. The guest bedrooms were also excellent and such a great location to explore the city.

The oldest hostelry in the country dating back to 12th century. Lovely hotel in a very good location handy for all the shops and sites of interest. If you are a resident you are entitled to a complimentry Bentley trip round the city.

HOLIDAY INN NORWICH CITY REVIEWS

Reception staff extremely helpful. As were restaurant staff. There for my grandsons graduation and their welcoming and nothings too much trouble attitude made it a day to remember. The food was good. And will definitely stay there again. A special mention for Ileana on reception for her warm welcome and kindness.

Incredible experience. From the check-in, the room and breakfast, by all the staff. Special mention to the Manager Ileana, with her exquisite treatment, the ease and fluidity with which she solves things with her eternal smile, she has made our stay absolutely PERFECT. Thank you.

Great location near the train station and at the football ground . Room was excellent and bed comfortable and breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
