Fabulous service from Will and Paddy this evening for my sons haircuts! My boys are super picky with haircuts and very fussy with who they let cut their hair, however, both adored their first visit to Swagger and Jacks and thought Paddy and Will were great. Haircuts look fab and I have 2 boys who will now be regulars :-) Thank you chaps! Brilliant service!.

Today would be the 4th visit to swagger and jacks. I’ve had Will cut and style hair and beard on all occasions and he does a consistently fantastic job. Great service, great attitude and never feel like I’m just another customer closer knock off time. Will takes his time and gets it perfect. Thanks Will!!.

Another fantastic Swagger & Jacks experience. Paddy, my barber, worked magic. I left the shop looking and feeling fantastic, and with my whole mindset turned around. Considering that my entire week, before coming to Swagger & Jacks, had been a disaster, that’s a heck of a trick Paddy pulled off!! Looking forward to the next time.

Amazing barber shop with an excellent interior. You’re welcomed by friendly service as soon as you walk in. Have a drink from their bar while you wait or while having a hair cut. Aaron was my barber, amazing friendly guy.. an expert in his craft. Easy to talk to while you’re having a cut which makes time fly by. Id give more than 5 stars if I could! A++

Another quality trim from Aaron, had my little one with me, they pulled up a chair so she could sit with us while I had my hair cut and then at the end treated her to an Easter egg, one very happy girly. Love the shop in general, good vibe, friendly staff and awesome decor! Won’t go anywhere else!

Had my haircut today by Frazer and was absolutely over the moon with how it looked. Super impressed with the top quality service I received during my appointment. I was offered a pint of ice cold draught moretti upon arrival and ended with a free game of pool. Definitely the best barbers in Norwich and I can’t recommend it enough. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Been my go-to barbers for a while now. Never had a trim anything less than perfect here. With really nice guys who clearly love what they do and know what they’re talking about. Good vibe at a good price, I needn’t go anywhere else! Kyle has a great attitude, it’s always nice to have a good chat and get exactly the look I wanted as a result. Can’t fault him. I’ll be back soon!

I have been a customer for over 10 years now and would recommend anyone considering to pop down and try for yourself. I've always felt welcomed and well looked after and most importantly always extremely happy with the end product!

Brilliant place and cheap too. Easy to book and noting to wait. Been several times as son loves it here. Friendly staff highly recommend visiting.
