I visited Philip with ongoing shoulder issues from a Jiujitsu injury. I had previously seen a physio, osteopath and chiropractor, all of who had unfortunately not been able to rectify the problem. After two one hour sessions with Philip, my shoulder mobility has increased tenfold and pain has nearly completely gone. What I liked best about the experience, at City Marshall Massage, was that Philip would give advice outside of just the massage. This ranged from advice of possible dietary changes that would help the body repair post injury, to how I could adapt my posture for more long term results. I truly felt Philip cared, not only about my shoulder injury, but the overall long term health of his patients. I could not recommend Philip and City Marshall Massage enough.

A wonderful experience. Philip is not only a gifted massage therapist with a clear wealth of experience, but a genuine healing enthusiast. He effortlessly relieved some longstanding muscular tension and shared a host of simple and practical tips to address its underlying causes. I was a little wary of coming because of the cost, but if you are hesitating- do it! The effect is worth at least 3 massages from a less talented practitioner, so with the advice thrown in you've a got yourself a great deal.

Philip is very knowledgeable and competent. The treatment that he chose for me was exactly what I needed. After the massage, I felt like a huge weight was lifted of my shoulders (quite literally). He also took time to talk to me about possible changes in my diet and what I should pay attention to with regards to my posture going forward. I highly recommend Philip and definitely will be back again!

I had the pleasure of having a massage from Danielle and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped into the serene and beautifully styled studio, I felt at ease. Throughout the session, Danielle was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to understand my specific needs and tailored the massage accordingly. Her technique was skilled and precise, providing just the right amount of pressure to work out the knots and tension in my muscles (especially a pesky knot in one of my shoulders!) What sets Danielle apart, however, is her ability to truly connect with her clients. She has a genuine passion for what she does, and it shows in her caring and compassionate approach. I felt heard, understood, and well taken care of during my time with her. I've also attended her yoga sessions which are great! I'm a beginner and it was not intimidating at all. It's a fun way to spend my lunch hour with a few like minded women. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Danielle to anyone needing some bodywork or some time to clear their mind in a tranquil environment.

Danielle is an incredible massage therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve noticed that as I get older my body needs some extra TLC to keep it doing what I want it to do. Danielle is highly skilled, knowledgeable and intuitive and always gives it the care and attention it needs. I often book when I’m feeling a bit depleted and always leave feeling replenished and rejuvenated. Her studio is stunning and her hands are magic!!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had- and I’ve had a lot. Possibly even up there as the best. Extremely knowledgeable- doesn’t hold back on the pressure and felt like a had my mobility back. I went in feeling extremely stiff and almost limping from stiff muscles and came out feeling like I had a new body. 5 stars.

Absolutely brilliant deep tissue massage. I have had a lot of different treatments and is also a therapist myself and I can honestly say that this is one of the best massages I have had. Jantala is really firm and works through each section thoroughly. I have suffered with sciatica recently and feel so much better. I am looking forward to going back soon!
