A great local gym - particularity good for women who may find larger gyms daunting. Individual and small group personal training and pilates, with access to treatments including massage and facials. The staff are all excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive. I have been attending sessions for three years now and hope to continue to do so for many years to come.

Ive had a few massages over time but this was the best by far. Highly recommend. Thankyou Gaby. I will return again soon. I feel so relaxed now. Michele cleaver.

I’d recommend the wonderful Lesley and the plan to anyone looking to make positive changes to their health! Lesley’s on hand to give support, she draws from her personal experiences because she understands that we’re all human! The products are genuinely lovely, and there’s a much bigger range than people realise (it’s not just ‘liquid meals’ which can sometimes be the assumption). What was important to me was that when I fell off the wagon, Lesley took it all in her stride and gave me the boost I needed to pick myself up and carry on.

She’s fab! So kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and her advice is sound. Joining the Cambridge Plan is one of the best things I’ve done. I feel like I’ve been given a gift that will last for life! I am so thankful.

The 1-2-1 diet with Lesley is great. It’s easy to understand and the support that Lesley offers is fantastic. I would recommend lesley and the diet to anyone.
