What a fantastic experience with getting prescriptions. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the caring feeling you get when coming here is just superb. All the family have moved their prescription service to here because of the awesome service and availability but most of the knowledgeable staff are just unbeatable compared to other pharmacys that I've used. Do yourself a favour and transfer here.

Consistently outstanding service from the best pharmacy in Cardiff. Hayley in particular is so helpful, always goes over and above what’s required. I can’t thank her enough. Raj is leading a great team there and I’m so grateful to be their customer.

Used Hopwoods minor ailments booking system, it’s real easy to do , I booked the previous day for a consultation with Tom for my son , got great advice and had prescription issued as well. This was certainly easier than waiting on the phone for an appointment at the surgery for minor ailments. Would recommend this service from Hopwoods Pharmacy.

How great to have a local pharmacy offering help for minor ailments! The GP suggested I make an appointment that was easy to do online with Tom Harris the next day, with no waiting when at the pharmacy. Tom gave clear explanations without feeling rushed like it often can be at the GP surgery.

It's great to know local pharmacy can help with some ailments. I went there because of ulcer pain and I was given a pain relieve to help with the pain. Thank you Hopwoods Pharmacy.

Huge thank you to Mark Hopkins at Hop woods for the fantastic service managing my pain with sciatica, I was in quite a bad way . Nothing was too much trouble and even leant me NuroKor mitouch for a few days to get the inflammation under control, im almost pain free it was brilliant, its nice not too just take tablets constantly , I would highly recommend the pharmacy it was so much easier than going to the Doctors , thank you very much. - Carol C Reply
