Speciality:
“2026 Update: Cerebral Palsy Cymru has a specialist team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists who work in a transdisciplinary way, enabling every child to benefit from their combined knowledge and expertise. They provide specialist therapy for children with cerebral palsy and other allied neurological conditions from birth to 18 years of age. Their therapy programmes may involve a single session or an intensive course of therapy, during which a child attends several sessions each week over a number of weeks, depending on their individual needs. Cerebral Palsy Cymru works alongside individuals living with cerebral palsy, as well as those who have a high likelihood of developing the condition. Their support extends to individuals and their families throughout different stages of life, helping them develop skills, participate in everyday activities, and pursue meaningful goals. Cerebral Palsy Cymru delivered 677 specialist therapy sessions, supporting 226 children from across Wales and providing 63 family support appointments.”
