I have just finished 3 sessions with Richard D'Souza with regard to overcoming a problem concerning my health. I'm a diabetic and my sugar levels are high. I have been having a problem eating chocolate every day and this is highly likely to be an issue regarding my sugar levels. I took the decision to try hypnotherapy and so far I am very pleased with the results. The therapy has helped identify issues and probable reason. Whilst I don't necessarily don't want to never eat chocolate again, the therapy has helped to identify why I have developed this habit and how to break it. It has certainly worked so far. Christmas will be the the test! Would definitely recommend.

I was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect from my appointment but was made to feel at ease and talked through the treatment plan. This has helped me day to day and helped me feel like a ‘normal person’ would definitely recommend. Thank you for all your help.

I cant thank Richard enough, I am so much more relaxed when it comes to seeing; talking about and actually dealing with spiders as a result of all his support over the last couple of sessions. Bought myself a spider catcher and had the chance to use it last week. Twice! No more panicking and no more obsessing about where they might be. I've recommended this to friends and colleagues. Thanks again.

I’ve been working with Mark & Adam for a number of weeks. I was a little skeptical however the way my life has improved since I began has been amazing. I have a much more positive outlook on everything. AlI wish I had done is start it sooner. Would highly recommend.

I had a one hour therapy and hypnosis session with Adam. I went in quite skeptical but with an open mind, but I have to say it was an amazing experience. I feel more at peace with myself and a lot calmer.
