I have been having regular Lymph drainage sessions with Marie B and it’s remarkable how a very light touch treatment helps reduce swelling and flushes waste from your body. The benefits are immediate, with built up fluid and toxins noticeable flushed and swelling is reduced reducing pain. With Marie’s knowledge , the techniques she uses and her professional manor I always feel like im in the right hands , Marie has this awesome way of just knowing when to add a bit of relaxation into the treatment as well so will tailor the treatment to my needs , I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I got a deep tissue massage with Maria. She gave me feedback and suggestions at the end on how to improve my pain. Throughout the session she checked in a few times to see whether it was all good and whether it was too painful and the pressure was okay. It was not a relaxing massage but had relaxing elements to it. She was really professional and happy to talk me through the process. If I need to, I will definitely be back!

Cannot fault YOU Massage Therapy. Therapists are knowledgeable, friendly and work with you to deliver the results you require in a holistic manner. Recently had deep tissue massage from Angela which was excellent. The team 'front of house' are equally great. Highly recommended.

Serenity Peace is an oasis in what is the business that is modern day life. For an hour I can forget my troubles, leave my jobs and worries at the door and let the world melt away. The care and attention Charlotte takes to make sure her clients feel comfortable, at ease and welcome is impressive and very much appreciated. There is such a wealth of treatment options on her website and they all offer different things which is useful if there is something you need / prefer over others. It’s certainly not a place where one treatment fits all and that’s what’s so special about it. I would 100% recommend her to any family or friends and feel very lucky that I can attend a regular session with her.

Had my first head spa today with Charlotte. Well what can I say, amazing! Charlotte was friendly and welcoming and explained everything before treatment started. From the go I felt so relaxed, the calm relaxing music, the aromas of the products used were divine. Charlotte gave me some advice when I asked some questions and finished with a lovely mint tea. Can definitely recommend and I will be back soon
