I found Jessica Leyland Acupuncture when I was at my lowest and desperate for something to help me begin to understand and manage my illness. After a difficult pregnancy, a run of bad health and then glandular fever I was left with extreme fatigue, headaches and a low grade fever which has been going on for months. It was impossible for me to live a normal life and nobody seemed to be able to give me any advice other than rest. I have found acupuncture so helpful in relieving my symptoms and strengthening my body. Jessica has been beyond amazing with her kindness, support and advice. She helped me to understand my illness and how to manage my fatigue, giving me space to chat through and come to terms with the physical, but also emotional side of a chronic illness. I feel more empowered to advocate what my body needs and am on a journey to recovery where I can see improvements in my health. I highly recommend Jessica and am so glad I found her.

I have had 5 treatment sessions for chronic fatigue, IBS and weight loss and the results have been absolutely transformative. I am feeling so much better. Jessica is very patient, caring and non judgemental. She has given me great advice for my diet and stress relief as well as the acupuncture. I highly recommend her.

I found Jess on Facebook just when I was in real need, suffering from increasing anxiety and digestive issues. This was my first experience of acupuncture and I cant believe how far I’ve come with Jess’s encouragement. Always welcoming and patient. Thoroughly recommend.

JAYNE ALMOND ACUPUNCTURE REVIEWS

After starting chemotherapy I noticed signs of peripheral neuropathy in my hands so made a trip to see Jayne and she has helped me immensely. Because of her amazing work I now have extremely minimal signs of peripheral neuropathy and this has enabled me to stay on the same dosage for the last 6+ months! As well as helping with my hands, she has helped to clear up my acne and increase my energy levels. I would absolutely recommend anyone to visit Jayne and let her work her magic! I am completely over the moon with what she’s been able to do for me.

I was a bit sceptical I have to say about having acupuncture but in just 3 sessions the results were fantastic. Jayne is very professional and makes you feel at ease. Beautifully clean clinic and would recommend to anyone looking to have acupuncture. Thank you so much Jayne I will definitely be back if I need anything in the future.

Jane is so lovely, really listened to what was going on with condition (osteoarthritis) and 4 months on the pain is so much better, I’m no longer relying on pain killers. I look forward to my monthly appointment and feel so relaxed afterwards!

I had a prolapsed disc and tendonitis for months,. I was in agony, not responding to strong pain reliefs and anti - inflammatory treatment. I found Dr Jenny and she gave me excellent advice, was very thorough with examinations each time and after several sessions I became painless. Lovely lovely Lady. Could recommend to everyone!.

Dr Jenny has given me the best and most relaxing acupuncture experience I ever had! Over the course of 6 months I have seen a lot of improvement in my health and wellbeing and I am very happy with my results. Dr Jenny is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
