Great service and great travel advice given by the young pharmacist (sorry forgot his name but wore blue lanyard). He clearly knew his information and told me what I needed exactly for our trip away to Africa soon. Being super expensive… I’m glad they didn’t just try and upsell unnecessary vaccinations to us. Very happy with the service received here, highly recommend their travel services

Absolutely brilliant chemist. Feels like a shopping centre when you come in but doesn’t move away from the fact that they’re a pharmacy at their core. Young Indian Pharmacist was so helpful in my consultation… He explained what might have caused (need be careful with my gardening more) and saved me from cellulitis that was moving up my arm by referring me to a doctor as an emergency. Really happy with the service, will look to get my prescriptions here next!

They have it all set up so efficiently, almost a military operation!!! When other pharmacies will take a couple of days, they will do it in minutes. There is about 30 members of staff there at any given point, it’s bananas!!! But they manage that craziness beautifully! Super efficient! Wish all pharmacies were like that!

The best pharmacy! I used to go to another pharmacy but since I started going to this pharmacy I just wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. This pharmacy has a staff named Penny very friendly and accommodating. She always wear a smile and always chat with the customers. I’ve never seen her without that big smile always happy and the best thing I love is she remembers regular customers names. We need more people like her. Thank you Penny!

I had only recently moved to Boots as my NHS preferred Pharmacy and I am delightfully amazed by the standard of customer service and help beyond the call of duty I received. I had issues with my mobility device while in motion sending me into panic. The staff were up to help and serve me on the scooter, a good distance from the service desk. Quite an overwhelming experience. Impressive, delightful and one I am immensely grateful for.

The staff are lovely and charming. Great service. One of the best pharmacies in the area.

Lovely pharmacy, Daisy is amazing, went for my ears, she seen me, diagnosed me and treated me, very organised and efficient, she explained so beautifully I was made to feel comfortable, relieved, and herd, would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Daisy provided exceptional care for both my ear infection and micro suction treatment. Top-class service—no need to navigate the hassle a GP appointment. Highly recommended!

I visited the pharmacy about weight loss and meet Daisey. Very attentive and nice personality. I am now on my road to a healthy weight thanks to Daisey. Vey proffessional and highly recomended.
