I went into three with my son who has additional needs, we were in the shop quite a while and he started to get stressed. A trainee named Amin was absolutely fantastic with my child he distracted him and tried to calm him down. It was so lovely and made a stressful situation so much easier! Thank you! X

As a 3 customer went in for some advice connected to my holiday travel. I'm flying to Greece shortly, so been interested about roaming and costs of calling abroad, specifically at EU. Been treated very well. Didn't wait for someone to deal with me. All good as should be.

Great and friendly staff, went and above and beyond to make me happy. Was welcomed as soon as I walked in by the managers and thanked at the very end. Will definitely return. Well done 3

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the O2 store in Bristol, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service. The staff were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided tailored recommendations without any pressure. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend O2 in Bristol for anyone seeking quality service and support.

Big thank you to Ben who helped me sort out moving my phone to a Sim only rolling contract after having dreadful experience of trying to get my number transferred with Customer Services which led to me losing phone access. Ben looked into my account details, reassured me number had been transferred and it was just a matter of waiting till next day for it to allow me access to set up my new plan online. Was so tempted to give up on O2 after dealing with the call centre but popping into the store and chatting to Ben helped elevate the stress.

I went in a few weeks ago to O2 shop in Broadmead, and was extremely impressed by Ben's exceptional knowledge and service. All delivered with a beaming smile. We need more people like Ben. He was extremely hard working and as soon as he finished with 1 customer, he was looking to help us. Outstanding service to be congratulated Ben.
