We recently ordered some coffee tables and a media unit which we could not be more delighted with. They are perfect in our newly renovated lounge and the quality and ease of assembly was exactly what we would have expected from BoConcept. However what really made this purchase so attractive was the excellent customer service we received from Rosie in the Bristol store. We live overseas so all communication was via e mail or phone calls. All our e mail queries were answered quickly, nothing ever seemed too much trouble, the order arrived exactly on the agreed date and then BoConcept arranged onward shipping to our home port. They even resolved a delivery issue with our local freight handler when there was a query over end delivery. We would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering again!

It's always the best service and the quality of furniture. Thanks to Teodora for superb communication and organising next day delivery for my chairs that were on sale. My bed, sofa, outdoor chairs and table are made by BoConcept. I was nicely surprised that outdoor furniture looks exactly the same after 2 years in British weather.

Our king size plank bed is absolutely beautiful. The build and finish is flawless and ordering, buying and arranging delivery via email was a doddle. The delivery men were lovely and were super quick to assemble the bed, and took the time to give me basic care instructions etc. while they were there on top of the care guide. We hope to be ordering more furniture soon!

I love Green Woods Furniture and feel very fortunate to have discovered them. Their products are beautiful, both in design and quality, they are excellent value and the service is wonderful. I've bought two tables and a chest so far and suspect I'll be back!
