FURNITURE VILLAGE BRISTOL REVIEWS

Overall a very good experience of buying furniture. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the shop was very well laid out and clean and tidy looking. Everything was explained very well, one small criticism is that it was a long lead time, however that was pointed out in the very early stages of negotiating the purchase. We were kept informed about the delivery dates and times, the actual delivery was carried out by two very pleasant lads in a very professional and efficient manner. Overall a good experience.

Lovely shop, with great staff, Charlie was an amazing help from beginning to end, giving us space to make a decision but also being there to help as soon as we had any questions. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help find the right product for what our preferred style and sit was. We looked at a lot of furniture stores prior to this one and this was by far the best for the range of style, quality and value for money.

Excellent customer service and lovely furniture in the showroom. Fall in love with a dining table set and was a smooth and easy process to finalise. Assistant Samuel was efficient and helpful in every step of the purchase.

We recently ordered some coffee tables and a media unit which we could not be more delighted with. They are perfect in our newly renovated lounge and the quality and ease of assembly was exactly what we would have expected from BoConcept. However what really made this purchase so attractive was the excellent customer service we received from Rosie in the Bristol store. We live overseas so all communication was via e mail or phone calls. All our e mail queries were answered quickly, nothing ever seemed too much trouble, the order arrived exactly on the agreed date and then BoConcept arranged onward shipping to our home port. They even resolved a delivery issue with our local freight handler when there was a query over end delivery. We would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering again!

It's always the best service and the quality of furniture. Thanks to Teodora for superb communication and organising next day delivery for my chairs that were on sale. My bed, sofa, outdoor chairs and table are made by BoConcept. I was nicely surprised that outdoor furniture looks exactly the same after 2 years in British weather.

Good quality and great services, Their designer Elisabetta was just professional, she provided us some great recommendations, As we had a long travel after we buy the furnitures, she made a excellent arrangement on the delivery date. brilliant!

Thanks so much for the excellent service-extremely happy with my latest purchase from Green Woods Furniture and when my beautiful new chest of drawers was delivered, I asked about a small chip (my own fault) on a previous chest of drawers bought from the store-Simon helped to fix without hesitation and my previous chest now looks as good as new. Thank you very much. Very happy customer who would without doubt recommend the services of Green Woods.

Our king size plank bed is absolutely beautiful. The build and finish is flawless and ordering, buying and arranging delivery via email was a doddle. The delivery men were lovely and were super quick to assemble the bed, and took the time to give me basic care instructions etc. while they were there on top of the care guide. We hope to be ordering more furniture soon!

I love Green Woods Furniture and feel very fortunate to have discovered them. Their products are beautiful, both in design and quality, they are excellent value and the service is wonderful. I've bought two tables and a chest so far and suspect I'll be back!
