JD Sports, no matter where it is, will always have a place in my heart. I always come to shop here everytime I'm in Bristol, looking either for some fresh, new clothes or some new trainers. They are always willing to help if you look like you are confused, so never be afraid to ask as the staff are incredible in here. Bit unfair to have a Foot Asylum right next to it as it creates a kind of competitiveness as they are both very well known shops for new clothes and stuff from the biggest brands like Nike and Adidas.

Went in for a specific item, which I was unable to locate, staff were very friendly and found the item for me and even carried it to the checkout. Even better the guy at the checkout told me the price I was expecting was wrong and the item was on discount. Excellebt customer service and a pleasant shopping experience I will be returning soon!

Love this sports store and all the trainer's, tracksuits etc especially for me and my size I may be 45 years old but I take a size 4.5 and 12-15 yr old clothes so the prices are brilliant for me. I love my clothes and trainers, shopping in general. Five stars for JD Sports.

We were really pleased with our sale priced trainers. When we got to checkout we were served by Arran. What a helpful, polite young man he was. We left with a smile on our faces.

I visited the store today to pick up my first pair of running shoes. I found the experience great through-out and the staff were very helpful, attentive and reassuring, whilst going through multiple shoes in order to find the perfect pair. I didn't book in advance - I walked into the store with no clue about running shoes and what shape/fit I needed. Everything was measured and explained to me and I left knowing a bit more about it all and crucially...with my first pair of running shoes! I would highly recommend this store to any new or existing looking to purchase running shoes in the future!

Excellent service from start to finish - both staff members we encountered were really attentive and knowledgeable. They also went above and beyond in sourcing an alternative pair of trainers for me from their warehouse without hesitation. Would certainly recommend, thanks for the great service.

Brilliant customer service. Gave me a handful of trainers to try on along with a free gait analysis. Was patient and listened to everything I had to say. In the end recommended some really good running shoes for me!
