Lovely bright store, with plenty of items to choose from. we were Mum & two daughters all choosing rings, & have to praise Farah for her patience with us. She was so lovely, explaining things, letting us try on different rings. There were SO many rings to choose from, & we did take ages deciding, & Farah was fab throughout, nothing seemed too much trouble. On returning, to collect two ordered rings, Emma & a young lad were really helpful with downsizing & re-ordering one of the rings. Clare and the team were just the best. We loved our wedding rings! They were the same team used for the engagement ring as well. The whole experience of both processes was just outstanding. No pressure. No sales pitch. No small print. After trying multiple jewellers prior when looking for engagement rings, these guys were just different. Everything was so natural. We had to go back and use them for the wedding rings as well. Honestly, if you're not sure who to choose for wedding rings - choose Clifton Rocks.

So unbelievably happy with my bespoke engagement ring from Clifton Rocks! They were amazing from start to finish and created my dream ring for me. I am blown away with how nice it is - and the sapphire is so beautiful, people keep asking me what stone it is. Would highly recommend and we will be going back here for our wedding bands. Really helpful ladies on staff! Went in to collect an order made online and one of the items was missing! No one was sure what had happened, but one staff member looked through everything to make sure they had the charm I wanted in stock, and the other woman was helpful in processing the rest of the order that was through! They managed to find one, which I paid for in shop, I'm extremely grateful to the work they did.

Amazing customer service, I have been a loyal customer of this shop for 7 years, they are great, friendly staff, always happy to help. Today I went in with a problem I had with one of my bracelets and wanted to fixed, they just exchanged me for a new one. That just make my day, Thank you so much for the attention and great service. Especially thanks to Harvey and the store Manager who attended me today.
