Edith Wilmot were always friendly, helpful and patient. They are very knowledgeable about flowers and their displays were excellent! They also managed to find lilac, which we had requested and which had just gone out of season, and was a brilliant surprise to us.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the fabulous bouquet of flowers that you delivered on my behalf last week. I had asked for cheerful bright flowers. You certainly did that and included all the types of flowers that I had requested. The recipient was thrilled and has sent me daily updates on their opening status and how lovely they smell. I will not hesitate in using you again in the future. Once again, many thanks.

Very helpful and professional staff. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but the ladies helped me and put together this beautiful bouquet. The flowers smelled lovely and prices are very reasonable too. My wife absolutely loved it this bouquet!

We ordered flowers form Roots for our Wedding service. Katie was amazing helping us with suggestions for what would be in season and what flowers would last longer. Katie was really flexible and helpful. When we decided to go with an 'off the rack selection Katie made sure we had as many of the main flowers that we spoke about as possible. The flowers were fantastic highest quality, bright and beautiful, robust and stood the test of an hour and a half drive and well into the next week! The flower crown, boutineers, and bouquets were beautifully arranged. Thank you Roots for providing beautiful display for our special day!

I don't know much about flowers but Sam, Doug and the team at Roots Floral Designs certainly do! I needed a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wife's 40th Birthday celebration. WOW! We were blown away with what we received from Roots. It was clear so much thought had gone in to the selection of the different types of flowers and the design detail was absolutely incredible; so considered. We'd never seen anything like it before! I think it will be very difficult for me to buy flowers from Tesco ever again. Thanks team - such an amazing effort!

We had the most beautiful wedding flowers! We worked with Lyndi, Lucy and Georgie while planning our wedding - we wanted colourful flowers to match our winter wedding, and white roses for my bridal party and their creations were just perfect. We had excellent customer service throughout the planning, they took in all of our ideas and really delivered! Could not recommend the Flower Shop enough!
