I have been a returning customer at this shop for a number of years. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable. When I have struggled with DIY maintenance of my Ebike, the mechanics have been outstanding in their helpfulness and expertise on many occasions. Best bike shop and bike repair shop in Bristol. The mechanic Antoine is particularly helpful - absolutely five star!

I brought in my cargo bike Fetch 2+ for a complete check as I use it everyday. I was relieved to have a replacement bike for the few days my bike wasn’t available. The check was done in 3 days, the report was covering everything and it is a really reassurance to know that the bike was looked over by professionals. Also the team is really nice, and knows their clients! Thank Trek Bristol!

Really impressed by the service I've received from Trek, they have consistently supported me with any challenges I've had with my bike and helped me get customisations exactly right, long after the initial purchase. Especially grateful to Jon for his practical expertise and explanations this week. The bike is also fantastic. Highly recommend.

I did the Dragon Ride yesterday (23rd June 2024) and had a mechanical with my bike, where the chain was jumping around in the cassette. A mechanic from this shop was at the feed stop doing the repairs and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed my bike. Without his help, the remaining 80 miles of my ride would have been a nightmare. The best part is that he refused to accept any payment. Unfortunately I have forgotten the chaps name, but I was the guy with the Pinarello which had the lose rear through axle. I am sure this chap will remember me; please pass on my thanks to him. He is a credit to your business.

Gary runs a great operation that compared to some other operations in Bristol blends local bike shop feel with real professional workmanship at a sensible price. His team have knowledge of such a vast range of budget to top-end bikes that I would trust them with any task and they always have time for questions and love to impart their knowledge. Keep up the great work and I recommend a visit!

Gary Harris; what an absolute star. His expertise and customer service are second to none. This is the 3 star Michelin restaurant; equivalent of bicycle sales and repair shops. Worth travelling some distance for. And his prices can’t be beaten. Thanks Gary.

These guys are amazing. Their customer service is second to none. I needed a new crank and bottom bearing and as I have only started cycling again I was unsure what to do. They pulled the crank off for me and let me have a couple of chainrings to try but I needed to invest in a crank and bearing. They sold me the kit at a fair price and gave me good advice on how to fit it. I am now a regular customer.

Came in just to use the toilet, but had a quick glance around the shop while I was In there looks like an excellent Bicycle shop, all employees are really friendly! Would highly recommend going there as I can see they are highly passionate about bicycles from buying one to fixing one!

Very welcoming staff and will definitely be using them again in the future for my bike needs. They did a fantastic job fitting my mudguards. Highly recommend!
