Really well stocked store with great range of products we have a big dog it's great to find a pet shop that has heavy duty dog toys that actually last the person serving helped set up my VIP account wich was really great as stuff like that is not something I'm that good at so I really appreciated the time they took to help me go through that. I really enjoyed seeing the rabbits too.

Brilliant service from both the groomers and shop floor team. Our dog looks gorgeous and Tom and the other staff in the shop were really knowledgeable and helpful about flea treatments.

We have five dogs so semi live in this shop ,i prefer this shop to the other competitor because of certain brands and bag sizes . The staff are always polite and helpful and prises are much the same.

The Staff Are Always Smiling and Very Very Helpful. I Am Disabled and They Help Get What Need Then when I’ve Paid They Take It to My Car to Put It in The Boot. I Wouldn’t Shop for My Pet Food and Cat Litter Anywhere Else.

Nice New Premises but Seems Smaller than The Previous Longwell Green Store. Good Range of Products Although I Didn't Find What I Was Looking For.

Very Good Layout with A Very Good Selection of Food and Treats for Our Border Collie and Two Cats.

I found this shop a few days ago and I am so glad! I will he coming here for all my dogs food and treats now. I've always wanted to switch to a raw diet for him but never knew it could be so affordable. This place is extremely affordable, great value, amazing choice....frozen raw food, natural treats and chews of all kinds, lots of supplements and food toppers. Since finding this shop I have decided to switch my dog to a raw diet, we are starting tomorrow after buying some venison and duck food today last time I got him cow ears, which he loved. Today I started adding spirulina powder from here into his food and he seemed to like that too.

2nd time using this company. On line orders, very easy, straightforward and good choice of goods. Put order in 11:30am delivered within 2 hours with text messageto say where left, excellent service, definitely use again. Would highly recommend very happy puppy.

Took our little Dachsy there today and the store has a great range of frozen raw food, great deals to be had. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
