Came to store to upgrade my plan on business SIM card. I had a warm welcome from Jon the customer advisor and the team. It took him few minutes to meet my requirements with absolutely great knowledge and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff. I joined 3 about 18years ago in Canterbury and I have had excellent service from this branch in Canterbury, not quite so good at the Head office though passed from pillar to post. Store so much better and you get things done.

Sebastian was absolutely amazing. So caring and helped me out so much. I was very impressed with Three, but what won me over was his amazing customer service and kindness.

I came in today to get my upgrade and the whole experience deserves 5 stars! I had no waiting, the staff were all so friendly, honest and very helpful and went above and beyond helping me transfer everything over from my old phone to the new one. I am very grateful for all thier help and cannot recommend thier service enough. Thank you so much guys.

I initially visited another O2 store but was passing the Canterbury one and thought I'd pop in. The team here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Overall an easy going team who have been helpful on the two occasions I visited. I came away with what I wanted and was given advice that worked for my needs rather than a hard sell.

Long overdue, was supposed to write this many months ago… But I just wanted to immensely thank James for his assistance, he made what felt impossible possible by going above and beyond! Even when we didn’t have all the answers to solve our issue (which made things rather difficult), he however, found a way! Overall, so very kind and lovely, genuinely understanding and extremely helpful.

Today came in simply to check my options for opening sim for my work and I was provided with solutions at best deals. Went in for booked appointment, the young man who did the health check on my phone couldnt have been more helpful and informative. It was a Sunday, the store was full but they approached every person as though they were the only ones there. Excellent service from a very young but obviously passionate team.

Service is a 10/10, the young handsome man with the dreads helped me a lot !!! I can only recommend the Shop.
