We received excellent customer service. We had a very specific choice in mind and the salesman Johnathan could not have been more helpful. He explained the diagnostic bed I laid on and explained its workings - how it could recommend a mattress to suit my weight and size. After offering us refreshments he then guided us around the store pointing out all the recommended mattresses and helping me off and on the beds and carrying the pillow explaining that it was necessary to get the true feel of the bed. As we wanted to match a mattress on a zip and link bed he pointed out the different mattress length which we were not aware of - we could have easily bought a shorter length mattress that would not match! We were really satisfied with the whole experience as we had been rather unsure as to how we were going to get a mattress to suit myself and he made it a pleasurable experience! Thank you Johnathan.

I have never met someone with as much patience as Richard. He made the entire experience of buying a bed and mattress for the first time stress free and actually enjoyable. I have been completely overwhelmed (researching online) up until our experience at dreams and I can’t recommend the experience enough. He answered every question and had extensive knowledge. I usually find the experience of buying things in a shop relatively torturous with my two small children however Richard was so incredibly patient and catered to our every need and needs of my children, I felt completely at ease. He is a real credit to the team (the lady working there was also lovely) and I genuinely can’t praise him enough.

We went to buy a Feather and Black mattress and were helped Isabelle, who was extremely capable and knowledgeable. She explained all the options without overselling. Very helpful, very professional and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from order to delivery next day. Mattress well wrapped. I was kept informed on delivery by email and call from the driver. I was very hesitant to buy online without trying out the mattress. To say that I am delighted is an understatement. The mattress is of great quality and just what I wanted. It is quite firm but very comfortable. I have osteoarthritis and I'm surprised to noticed a difference right away as not as sore when I wake up in the mornings. Thank you very much.

Item exactly as described. Delivered the next day after placing order. Was kept informed every step of the way from placing order of time scale of delivery. On day of delivery was given expected time slot of it's arrival. Was told name of who was delivering. They also called me to tell me exact time of delivery. Also took away old mattress. Very good service.

Very easy ordering process, good advice on the website. Item arrived next day as promised and well wrapped and unlike many others who charge for delivery there is no delivery charge unless you want it delivered to your room, but door step is free. Delivery was well communicated by the courier who also arrived at the time they said they would.

We have just received delivery of our lovely new mattress, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DESIGNER BED CO our experience with this lovely family run business was 5 star from start to finish. Unlike other stores We visited we were able to browse around at our leisure without being harassed. The young gentleman in the store simply said let me know if you need anything and left us to it. When we asked for advice he was really knowledgeable and friendly as were all the staff. The prices were also the best we found. Keep up the good work.

What a wonderful business, and wonderful people. I dealt with a lovely chap called Tim, friendly and engaging and knowledgeable. What a very british business, which supports great quality, service, and UK manufactured businesses. They are the best of all the businesses i have been too, i would recommend to everyone. Support independent businesses, that have a good values, you wont feel disappointed.

This is one of best shops in the area, have lots of choice and the staff our always friendly and knowledgeable. Their is a reason they have been around for a long time. Fantastic quality and great prices for a independent shop.
