A brilliant, knowledgable and very nice team! We bought a Trek Fetch+2 cargo bike with them and they have been amazing at preparing it, maintaining it, fixing any small issues and looking after it. The team goes out of its way to make cycling enjoyable and to look after our bike. Special mention to Trevor who is a genius at keeping your bike at its best.

My cycling shoes fell apart the day before ‘Ride London’. The team at Cycles UK in Canterbury were brilliant in helping me out. No fuss, no up-selling, just honest and friendly advice. They fitted my new cleats within the hour and I enjoyed a new pair of shoes for the ride. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service. Great advice given which will save me money in time and a really fast turn around on the install of some new forks for my bike. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!

Pretty much PERFECT service. Ordered a bike, came within expected time frame and was fully kept up to date with all steps of the process, even was emailed about optimal set up options which were all done prior to dispatch. Big shout out to Michael for all the communication and the speedy rectification of the most minor of issues once arrived. 10/10 for Biketart and 11/10 for Michael! Top job.

Really great experience ordering from biketart for the first time. Communication during the purchase, whilst the bike was being shipped and after delivery was absolutely brilliant. Overall I'm really happy with the whole experience and I will definitely order from them again.

I had a serious problem with the gears. Took it there on Friday all done and ready for collection on Monday. Considering what had to done I thought the cost was very reasonable. Good old fashion service from some one who knows their trade really well. Highly recommended.

We have recently brought our daughter a 2nd hand bike and took it down to Herbert’s to see if they would be able to give it a quick service. It was done on the same day and the chain and brakes are running like new! Thank you very much!.

Many thanks indeed to Keith for a super quick and excellent emergency repair which rescued a holiday’s cycling the north Kent coast.
