Never used this Canterbury store before, was on the lookout for some socks. Very pleased. Some excellent bargains to be had at very good prices. As with less expensive items you are always doubtful on the quality of the product , the items I purchased were of a good standard. I must admit that Primark has never been on my list of places to shop, that has all changed now. Very helpful and pleasant staff as well.

A big store with the male clothing and shoes sold downstairs and female clothes and shoes upstairs. You can get a complete change of clothes- undies to earrings, bags, make up etc. The prices are moderate and affordable especially this season most goods are on sale.

Big store with lots to choose from. I recently came in here for a foundation and since I’ve never used it before I asked two lovely members of staff if they could recommend any products and help with a tone match. The ladies were wonderful and friendly and helped me find my perfect skin tone match :)

Phoned enquiring about a coat in the sale for for my granddaughter as I was having trouble locally. Very helpful man answered (I think his name is Adam) and checked there stock and size for me & then checked on the shop floor, confirming they had limited stock & very kindly offered to put one aside for me to collect. Brilliant service, thank you.

Nice to have a local store and the staff are happy and friendly, I'm surprised it's still about given that most shops seem to be just online these days, so it's nice to have a shop to go to.

Staff did everything for me when I paid for goods very friendly. Had everything from birth to older people great slection.

Sometimes I think I am a walking billboard for H&M. All my clothes are H&M, and I constantly walk about with a boom box blaring 90s tunes. The weather is always great and I don't know how to smile. I also have a very diverse group of friends too. So, the five stars are actually for me and my great H&M style life.

Wow! Amazing customer service. I didn't manage to catch the lady's name that just served me at the Canterbury store but she was absolutely wonderful. I was in store with my two year old, having a little trouble accessing my account at the cashier. She was so patient and helpful. We need more customer service like this. Thank you!

Really nice place to shop, more options available as the shop is busy and big as well. Carrying and helpful staff as well.
