Had a lovely time upstairs in the Children's dept. choosing suede Chelsea boots and lovely orange wellingtons with little pull on handles for my 20 month Granddaughter. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable young lady served us.

Took our Grandson ,for his first school shoes.The staff took great care with measuring his feet,then Ella gave us lots of choices of the shoes and trainers in his size, she was very patient and professional. Excellent experience in all aspects.

Staff helpful and friendly despite taking 3 kids in the summers holidays for foot measurements! Good choice of shoes available.

Grabbed a good bargain here. A lovely pair of soft leather ankle boots at a very good sale price. Very glad I was in the right place at the right time. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about fitting etc. I was just in the town for the day but very glad that I was.

Hotter shoes are the most comfortable, softest shoes to wear. Not just for wide or sensitive feet but the most comfortable footwear. Customer service is good and helpful. My family have bought them for years. Long may they continue to trade. We need manufacturers in Britain.

I've just taken delivery of a pair of Noah shoes. Love them! They're really comfortable and look great with summer dresses. Long time customer of Hotter. The only brand of shoes I can really wear.

Best shoe store in Canterbury. There's so much variety in both smart and casual shoes that is hard leaving without buying something. And staff's customer service is one of the best on high street. Enough reasons come back to this store.
