Absolutely amazing service from the ladies in Canterbury branch, sorry I didn't catch your names. Had an issue with my daughter's bracelet bought online, and they were able to sort the problem and replaced the bracelet. They were greeting people on way in and managed the people in store extremely well and gave that great service to every single person. Thankyou so much Pandora very happy customer and daughter.

The two ladies in the Canterbury store were absolutely wonderful, that helped me find the right size ring given to me on a very special occasion. They were extremely helpful and kind and made me feel less of a pain! I didn’t get their names but I hope they know who they are.

Very happy with my purchase from Fitzgeralds. Decided to treat myself to something nice a few weeks back. I was welcomed into store by Amy, who was on hand to help whilst I had a quiet browse around the various displays. She was very knowledgeable about the jewellery I was looking at, talking through the various attributes of different gemstones, plus discussed how best to look after the jewellery at home. I settled on a lovely Alex Monroe pendant and earrings set which were beautifully gift wrapped for me. All in all a very enjoyable bit of retail therapy with excellent customer service. Personally, I wouldn’t be able to recommend Fitzgerald’s highly enough! Having gone in store after initially trying a different jeweller, I sat down with Abi who was extremely friendly and helpful from the outset. We discussed styles, sizing, budget etc in the initial chat and she came up with little bits of guidance I definitely needed. Her contact via email throughout the process was extremely professional and allowed me to see the styles of design that they believed would fit what I’d asked for. Having seen my partner’s reaction to the ring, they’ve done an excellent job and produced something really special and unique. I cannot thank all the staff enough and if anyone is struggling for a jeweller, Fitzgerald’s will not let you down.
