I Rang on the morning due to a wasp nest in the loft, Ernest arranged to get out to me the same day to help. He spoke to me to advise he was on route and when he arrived he was professional and friendly. He got straight in figured where the nest was and got it sorted in half an hour. Excellent service. I contacted Ernest about a wasps nest in the brickwork of our house. He was polite, punctual and very quick and thorough dealing with what turned out to be two nests! Ernest talked me through the procedure and how long it would take for all wasp activity to cease and all was indeed as he said. An excellent service. We had a wasps nest under an upstairs window. We contacted Ernest and within a couple of hours he had come out and the job was done using a long lance which meant he didn't need to climb on the conservatory roof. Professional and courteous.
