I had to change my date of collection, contract length, number of items etc a couple of times, but every time they gave me an immediate response (within 24 hrs) and were very helpful and flexible with making arrangements (e.g. allowing me to pay in person when card didn’t work). Also before I asked, they offered me refund though the dates were shortened for only a few days, which was a bit of a surprise for me. In overall, I am super happy with their service, I would definitely recommend.

Everyone was very helpful when calling in. Gavin was great in the office. He showed me where my unit was and got me a smaller unit as I didn't have as many belongings. Overall a great experience and helped me a lot in a time of need.

Easy to organise. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient in person and on the phone. Would thoroughly recommend.

The easiest, most stress free part of moving home.. Lena dealt with my initial inquiry in the most friendly, concise, informative way There were many times I spoke with staff due to multiple date changes related to my move as well general questions. Everyone was so great and they absolutely achieve there aim to make experience with Armadillo stress free. A huge thank you Armadillo at Newcastle.

Needed a large storage area for student belongings. Even though it was booked at short notice the process was simple. The units are spotless with trolleys and lift available. Huge thanks to the fantastic lady working at reception on Thursday 25/7. Would highly recommend. Superb customer service from start to finish.

Richard was amazing, super helpful and so lovely and chatty would reccomend. huge space and very reliable.

PAY LESS FOR STORAGE REVIEWS

Had 3 units in 3 locations with Pay Less For Storage for almost 2 years (Ouseburn, Brunswick and Killingworth) as additional household storage and during home moving - the units are basically brand new, easy access and completely weather proof. I’ve had furniture stored in there that has been perfect when taking out. Great communication from the team and reasonable prices, would definitely recommend.

On boarding was brilliant with fab help from Sarah. No negatives at all, needed to store house contents for 10 weeks during building work. Did the job really well, easy access and secure. Would use again and high recommed them.

It was all good - easy access 27/7. I had no issues throughout the rental period. Many thanks. - great facilities.
