Friendly and efficient office staff for the sales side of things-Katie and Leanne have been absolutely incredible. Such well organised and knowledgeable staff and such a pleasure to deal with. I always felt confident with the support they all provided and knew they all worked tirelessly to provide the brilliant service they gave me. The photos/brochure was high quality and complimentary. I have used Martin & Co for many many years as a landlord. They are very communicative, Helpful and efficient as a management agent. I would definitely like to do a shout out For Sian and David and the whole team who have always been there for any problems or help I have needed. I would highly recommend them if you are a landlord looking for a value for money service.

Martin & co derby is unarguably the best letting company. I have been Privileged to have gotten some tenants for them by recommendations. When it comes to communications about concerns, they are approachable. In terms of maintenance, they give you prompt attention and response. Their customer relationship is top notch, above all the houses tyhey manage is always habitable and in good shapes. Kudos to them.

From viewing the property to receiving the keys Martin & Co Derby staff have been great. We’ve been kept informed and the whole process was very smooth. Very happy with the service from Maddie and the team.
