Would highly recommend Leaders who have provided me with a letting agent support for the last 9 years. Jade has been especially helpful, liaising between me and my tenant. She has been proactive and sent reminders, arranged for quotes if any work needs doing, has always kept me updated. Couldn't ask for more, thank you Jade.

From the initial call, right up to getting the keys to our first home, both Daria & Angelina were extremely helpful. They were reassuring and worked around us. Emma Flowers and the team at Derby are fabulous to deal with, I couldn’t recommend them enough for property management. I am an overseas landlord and they make everything so easy to deal with from a far. I have full trust in their management and the decisions they make on my behalf. They have managed to find excellent tenants too. It’s so nice to know that my property is in good hands. They’re always very responsive on email, even working with a big time zone difference! A big thank you.

Claire definitely deserves a five-star review. I had some issues with my inventory, parking permit, and washing machine. Even though not everything was under her control and she wasn't the initial property manager for my property, she still tried her best to help and always kept me in the loop. I would definitely recommend her.

Quick response and easy to book an evaluation. Tom came to our house and was brilliant! Friendly, easy going and professional throughout. We particularly appreciated his honesty and practical approach - definitely the reason we chose haart to sell our property.

Frank Innes were great to work with, starting with a really friendly valuation visit and giving a confident valuation and the reasons for it. Then it was put up in the market quickly, getting several viewings straight away and securing multiple offers. Although the process ended up very long (due to the buyers) Luke was very helpful and friendly all along the way, getting regular updates and being persistent on my behalf. We got there in the end.

The service I received from Luke Nixon from the Derby branch when I sold my house was fantastic. He kept me updated throughout the process and informed me of every stage. I was really pleased with his professionalism and I would definitely use Frank Innes again if I ever were to sell another property. Thanks for everything Luke.
