This company was recommended through a friend. Found filling out the form to obtain a quote very easy and straightforward and the quotation was instant. The emails were very informative and explained everything, after giving the go ahead I received a call to say it was all booked in. The surveyor Emma Harvey was very professional and received a very thorough report including photos. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a survey done.

Absolutely cannot fault this company, contacted me immediately when I did my comparison, I had spoken to them on the phone, received the invoice, paid the invoice and accepted the terms all within the same day, they also booked the survey in the same day! Super informative and extremely thorough! They emailed me the day of the survey to inform me it had been completely successfully and the next day we had our report emailed to us! We even received a follow up call the next day to check we were happy! They made the experience a lot less stressful! Thank you!

I used them again for my next purchase and it took less than 48 hours for a 73 page thorough document to come through! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Used Home Surveying twice now and they’ve been absolutely brilliant. Had the survey report within 24hrs both times. Price for Level 2 survey was also good compared to other companies. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again if needed in the future!

1st time buyer had a level 3 survey done excellent work from the team kept updated through the process made it very easy and explained everything in so much detail with photos, traffic light system. sent the report to the seller and got more money knocked of the current value would definitely recommend and definitely worth the cost for the peace of mind.
